What is ~photo-challenge? What do I do?

~photo-challenge is a place to come and find inspiration, to expand on ideas, creativity, and broaden a great portfolio.

Every month there will be a challenge. In this challenge one will have to think of the elements that have to go into the composition, how to balance the image, thinking of negative space, lighting, etc.

When a challenge has been completed, submit it into your personal gallery, send a note to this account with the subject labeled “challenge ----- submission”. In this note, write your username, your comments on the piece, the title, and the link to the submission in your gallery. Then it will be posted in this account. Remember, one submission per member per challenge.


IMPORTANT: All images used, have to be your own. You are not allowed to use images for manipulation without the permission of the original artist. If this does take place, you will be removed from the member list, reported to the DA administration, and wont be allowed to participate in any activities of ~photo-challenge.


JANUARY/FEBRUARY CHALLENGE

Fetish

the theme isnt so much just sexual obsession. fetish can be translated to simply "obsession" alone. we've all seen sexual fetishes, but this challenge is particularly challenging: come up with an *original* *different* *unique* fetish of any kind.



At the end of the month, a week before the next challenge, a journal will be posted with all of the submissions for that month’s challenge.
